Thank you for purchasing from PedagoGyan. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to digital products purchased through https://www.pedagogyan.in.
Please read the product description and this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
1. Digital Products
PedagoGyan primarily sells digital products, including:
- PDF notes;
- Digital books;
- Question banks;
- Practice sets;
- Mock-test access;
- Downloadable study materials; and
- Other digitally delivered educational resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped unless expressly stated on the product page.
2. General No-Refund Rule
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded or copied immediately after delivery, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once:
- The product has been delivered;
- A download link has been provided;
- The file has been downloaded;
- Online content has been accessed; or
- Mock-test or quiz access has been activated.
This policy does not affect consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
A refund or replacement may be considered where:
- Payment was charged more than once for the same order;
- Payment was successful but no product or access was delivered because of an issue attributable to PedagoGyan;
- The delivered product is materially different from the product ordered;
- The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- An incorrect product was delivered by PedagoGyan; or
- PedagoGyan cancels a successfully paid order.
Where a working replacement can reasonably resolve the issue, a replacement may be offered before a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
A refund will not ordinarily be provided where:
- The customer changes their mind after purchase;
- The wrong subject, paper, language or medium was selected by the customer;
- The customer did not read the product description;
- The customer expected content not mentioned on the product page;
- The customer no longer needs the material;
- The examination date, syllabus or personal preparation plan changes;
- The customer lacks a compatible device or PDF reader;
- Incorrect email or phone information was entered during checkout;
- The file was successfully delivered but later deleted or misplaced by the customer;
- The customer did not achieve an expected examination result;
- A suggestion did not appear in an examination;
- A download link was shared, misused or accessed by an unauthorised person; or
- Access was suspended because of a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Where possible, we may help correct an email-address error or restore reasonable access, but such assistance does not create an automatic right to a refund.
5. Cancellation
An order for a digital product can be cancelled only before payment is completed or before the digital product is delivered or made accessible.
Once automatic digital delivery or access has occurred, cancellation is generally not available.
PedagoGyan may cancel an order because of:
- A technical or pricing error;
- Suspected fraudulent activity;
- Payment-verification failure;
- Product unavailability; or
- A violation of our Terms and Conditions.
If PedagoGyan cancels a valid paid order before delivery, the amount received for that order will be refunded.
6. How to Request Assistance
An eligible refund or replacement request should be submitted within seven calendar days of the transaction.
Email your request to help.pragyabikash@gmail.com and include:
- Customer name;
- Order number;
- Registered email address;
- Registered phone number;
- Product name;
- Payment transaction ID;
- Date and amount of payment;
- Description of the problem; and
- Relevant screenshot, where necessary.
Do not send your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, card PIN, banking password or complete card information.
Incomplete or unverifiable requests may take longer to review.
7. Review of Requests
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund. We will review the order, payment status, delivery records, download or access information and the nature of the reported issue.
If the request is eligible, we may:
- Restore access;
- Send a replacement file;
- Correct the delivered product;
- Provide store credit where accepted by the customer; or
- Approve a full or partial refund, as appropriate.
8. Refund Processing Time
An approved refund will generally be initiated through the original payment method.
After initiation, the payment gateway or bank may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect the amount. Actual processing time may vary depending on the bank, UPI provider, card issuer or payment gateway.
PedagoGyan cannot control processing delays occurring after the refund has been submitted to the payment provider.
9. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us with both transaction IDs and payment receipts.
After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.
10. Failed or Pending Payments
If money is deducted but the order shows as failed or pending, the payment may be automatically reversed by the bank or payment gateway.
Please allow the bank or payment provider’s normal reversal period. If the payment is confirmed as received by PedagoGyan but the product is not delivered, contact us for verification and assistance.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy when our products, payment methods or applicable requirements change.
The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. The policy applicable at the time of purchase will normally govern that order, subject to applicable law.
